Exclusive Gardens Garden for villa with swimming pool in Verona

Description

In this case our intervention was necessary to adapt the garden to the new layout, after the construction of the swimming pool between the main villa and the outbuilding. We took advantage of the difference in height between the pool, which is higher, and the surrounding land to give the garden a characteristic imprint, underlined by grey porphyry blocks.

With our intervention we have designed the elements to make this area of the garden, which acts as a hinge between the two dwellings, usable in the best possible way:
- Pathways in terracotta tiles to access the swimming pool, from the house and the dependance, and natural stone staircase connecting the pool and the pedestrian gate.
- Greenery works: lawns, flowerbeds, trees.
- Terrain slope articulation with porphyry blocks.
- Irrigation and drainage systems.
- Lighting system.
- Anti-mosquito plant.
- Corten fence to delimit the property.

The preparatory phase of the work has highlighted the clayey nature of the soil, so we have foreseen a consistent correction of the soil with siliceous sand. In addition to the analysis of the soil, water and local climate, our project developed in these phases:
- Topographical survey of the area.
- Drawing of the garden plans for the preliminary, definitive and executive project phases.
- 3D modelling and rendering of the works designed to preview their overall effect.
- Assistance during the construction phase.
- Selection of the trees in the nursery, including exemplary subjects.
