Description
Exclusive garden project in the context of building renovation of an early 20th-century villa located in the historic center.
The challenge of the landscaping project was to enhance the architecture of the building, keeping its historical value intact and making the outdoor spaces functional to the daily needs of the owners.
Revised access points of the driveway, pedestrian path and interior maneuvering spaces, as well as the tool and bicycle shelter shed make the outdoor space efficient and contemporary.
The design boasts of a visual occlusion to the adjacent neighborhood, allowing full enjoyment of the equipped living area, with natural stone paving and pergola, providing a total sense of comfort and privacy from the outdoors.
Exemplary trees, ornamental flowerbeds, surrounding hedges, and the devised lighting system create harmonious perspectives in the design: architecture, structures, green works, and facilities are integrated, becoming a single element that can offer a multi-sensory experience.
A prestigious project in which the villa and its surroundings merge to create a new space with a rigorous, elegant design rich in precious details.
