The project, on completion of a private garden in a condominium complex, is to maintain the existing tree presence, the integration of an outdoor seating area and the inclusion of some new flower beds. The choice of materials and plants has been made in relation to the colors and finishes of the building housing the paths were made using tables prefabricated reinforced concrete and sustainable drainage, cutlery to the ground without the establishment of structures waterproof. The ornamental flower beds are planted with herbaceous perennials and grasses with low water requirements and maintenance needs. The perimeter evergreen hedges are maintained formal. The existing trees have been subjected to minimal interventions purges of the dry parts and read pruning.
