Masterplan Environmental mitigation project for a production plant

Description

Following the guidelines defined by the Superintendence, in this project we have put in place all the necessary interventions to mitigate the environmental impact of a production plant with respect to the surrounding landscape, in a hilly area. The objective was to obtain an effect that was as natural and "camouflaged" as possible, in coordination with the architectural project - carried out by other professionals - to give homogeneity to the elevations of the existing buildings and minimise their visual impact.

Our landscaping intervention for this production area concerned:
- Green works with trees and shrubs of native species.
- External roads.
- Tree-lined car park.

The design was developed in these phases:
- Technical drawings for the preliminary, final and executive design.
- 3D modelling and rendering to show the effect of the project interventions.
